Ahn Jiwajinda

Ahn Jiwajinda is a senior improvement advisor with 20 years of experience in healthcare management and process improvement. She completed her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and received a Master of Public Health (MPH) in health administration from Yale University. She has experience in both administrative processes and health/hospital process improvement and has also worked in healthcare consulting.

Some key projects she’s been involved with through the CI Department include pharmacy redesign of medication organization and flow, problem-solving coaching for clinical departments such as the birth center, department of medicine, and pharmacy, and improving access and turn-around time for the non-operative spine clinic. Currently, she is working to improve procedure volume and utilization for the GI/Endoscopy department. When she’s not working, Ahn enjoys traveling and trying out new food and restaurants with her husband and two children.
